When will I receive my box?
If you are a new or current subscriber to Barry's Cactus Club and payment has been taken on the 1st of the month.
Your box will be dispatched from our warehouse, on or around the 5th working day of the month (working days exclude Saturday and Sunday and public holidays), though there may on occasion be delays to the normal dispatch time due to supply issues that are out of our control, such as those caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. If we are aware that there is going to be a significant delay to delivery, we will contact our subscribers to let them know with as much advance notice as possible
Please note that although all renewals take place on the 1st of the relevant billing month, this is not when the Barry's boxes are dispatched. The advised 5 working days are to allow time for customer care to complete any renewal amendments, such as address changes, and for the warehouse to pack and dispatch every order.
If you sign up to Barry's after the 4th of the month you are subject to our normal processing time. This is around 1-3 working days, but please note between the 4th and 10th of each month, you may experience a slight delay in dispatch of your box as we also process and despatch our Papergang and Artful subscriptions at the beginning of the month.
Subscribers will receive a dispatch notification when their Barry's box is shipped. It can then take between three and five working days for the box to be delivered within the UK.
Barry's Cactus Club is only available for delivery within the UK at this moment in time.
