Can I change my subscription plan?

You can alter your Barry's Cactus Club plan at any time. However, due to the way the subscription service operates, please be wary of accidentally generating a new order.

You will need to follow these steps to ensure you do not receive a duplicate box:

1. Cancel your existing subscription. This can be done directly via your account.

2. Do not re-subscribe until you have received your final box. This is simple if you're on a monthly plan, but if you are on a 3 or 12 month plan, make sure you've received all 3 or 12 boxes before re subscribing. Please contact the customer service team if you are not sure.

3. Once you have received your final box, you can then re-subscribe to the service the following month, under your preferred plan. This must be done from the first of the following month, to prevent a duplicate box being received. Our subscription runs from the first to the final day of the month, so all orders within this time receive the same plant.
