However, if your query is not regarding an item that is missing or damaged, or a general problem relating to your subscription, please send an email to You'll need to provide as much information as possible  (for example, your order number and the registered email with Barry's Cactus Club) so the team can help you straight away.

Once they've received your query, the relevant team will get back to you as soon as possible.
