My renewal payment has failed – what next?

The system will automatically take your renewal payment on the fist of the month. If for any reason this is unsuccessful, you will receive an email notifying you of the attempt that has been made. This allows you to take the appropriate action if required.


Your subscription will not be cancelled if the first attempt to take payment fails. A further eight attempts will be made to take the funds from your account before the account expires.
