Why was my card declined?
Please make sure you have sufficient funds available in your account. If this is not the reason for the payment being declined, it may be that your bank is rejecting the payment due to the nature of the transaction being a subscription.
If this is the case, you'll need to contact your bank and ask them to authorise the payment to us. If this doesn't work, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will help to resolve this.
If there are insufficient funds in the account at the time of renewal, you will be notified via email to ask you to update your billing information. The system will automatically attempt to take payment again up to 8 times before the subscription is cancelled.
