What is Barry’s Cactus Club?
Barry’s Cactus Club is the collector’s box perfect for the plant lovers in the world. Every month you'll receive a unique ceramic pot and a cactus or succulent. No two months are the same, so you can guarantee to expand your collection with a new plant pal in every box.
When do I get billed?
Barry’s Cactus Club is available for subscription and gifting making it the perfect collector’s box for the plant lovers in the world.
1 Month – With our monthly plan, you will be billed on the date of purchase, and your subscription will renew on the 1st of every month thereafter.
3 Months – With our 3-month plan, you pre-pay for 3 months providing you with a small saving on each box, you will be billed on the date of purchase; and your subscription will auto-renew every 3 months on the 1st of the month.
12 Months– Our annual plan is a 12-month pre-pay which allows you to get the same great content at a great price. You will be billed on the date of purchase and your plan will auto-renew every 12 months on the 1st of the month.
Gifting – When gifting Barry’s Cactus Club, our plans do not auto-renew. Therefore, you will be billed on the date of purchase only.
What do I get in each box?
Inside every box you’ll find another plant pal in a uniquely designed ceramic pot to add to your collection. Alongside your new green friend, you’ll receive a personal message from Barry himself, a collector’s card detailing care information and facts about the plant, and surprise extras each month.
Can I gift it?
Of course, you can! Just select the 'Give as a gift' option when selecting your plan and follow the payment instructions. Any plan that's gifted will not auto-renew. If you would like us to add a gift note, please drop us an email help@barrythecactus.com and we will add a notecard for you.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
If you’re joining us as a subscriber, yes; your subscription will renew on the 1st of the month every month, every 3 months or every 12 months depending on your plan. There are a few more details above, under: ‘When do I get billed?’. If you’re buying Barry’s Cactus Club as a gift, your plan will not renew.

Delivery Information
When do I get my box?
We aim to dispatch boxes within 1-3 days of your order being placed. We do however exercise a grace period at the start of each month that lasts around 10 days (this is to cover any cancellations). Your box will be dispatched within 3 days of your order being placed, or within 3 days of the grace period; whichever falls later.
What courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all UK customers.
How long does delivery take?
Royal Mail suggests that delivery should be within 1-3 working days from dispatch.
Can I return my box?
Yes, you can return your box to us following our returns procedure
