By purchasing a subscription box from Barry’s Cactus Club you're agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Barry’s Cactus Club boxes are sent out on a monthly basis. If you are a new or current subscriber to Barry's Cactus Club and payment has been taken on the 1st of the month. Your box will be dispatched from our warehouse, within the first 5 working days of that month.
However, if you have subscribed to Barry's after the 4th of the month you are subject to our normal processing time. This is around 1-3 working days, but please note between the 4th and 10th of each month, you may experience a slight delay in dispatch of your box.
Once boxes leave our warehouse they are subject to our shipping estimates which can be found here. Please note, these are only estimates and deliveries may take longer than advertised.
Subscription Cut Off Window
We’re expecting to sell out every month, so remember to subscribe as early as possible to receive the current months box. The cut off for each month is the last day of the month.
Your payment method will be billed automatically on your date of purchase and recurring charges will occur on the 1st of each month you remain a subscriber. If purchasing a 3 month subscription or annual subscription, your recurring payment will be taken on the 1st of the month, every 3 or 12 months.
All subscriptions will automatically renew by default (every month, 3 months or 12 months based on your plan) unless you're signing up for a gift subscription. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and prevent from renewing by following our cancellation procedure before the cut-off windows for the next box is met.
Damaged / Lost / Missing Goods
Remember the shipping estimates on-site are suggested ‘estimates’. The arrival of your box may extend outside of the window we provide; this can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box never arrives, arrives damaged, or has items missing, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible in order for us to resolve the situation.
Sometimes, the contents of the boxes can vary due to demand. This happens very rarely, but when it does, we just like to look at the few that get effected as being unique!
You can cancel your subscription any time, but we’d be sad to see you go! If there’s anything we can do to help resolve any issue or concern you’ve had regarding your Barry’s Cactus Club box, our customer service team are always happy to help and are available Monday to Friday!
If you'd still like to cancel your subscription, you can do this directly on your account. We also have some useful ‘How to guide’, which will help with the process. Alternatively you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject header "I'd like to cancel my subscription". If you would like a refund with your cancellation this must be mentioned in your email or raised when phoning up as cancellations do not automatically administer refunds.
Certain boxes aren’t to everyone’s liking and circumstances can change that mean you want your money back. Well don’t worry, you have 30 days from when your box is delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the box must be unopened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. You must follow our returns procedure.
